Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ArrowPilot ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you play the game. We built ArrowPilot to respect your privacy: we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identity information, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

ArrowPilot does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account, and we never ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

2. Information We Do Process

• Game progress & settings — your level progress, stars, coins, lives, hints, and in-app preferences (sound, haptics, reminders) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
• Leaderboard data (optional) — if you choose to appear on the online leaderboard, we store a display name you pick and your game score. This is linked to an anonymous, randomly generated ID, not to your identity. You are never required to use your real name.
• Anonymous sign-in — to enable the leaderboard, the app signs in anonymously using Firebase Authentication. This creates a random identifier; it is not connected to any personal account.
• Notifications — if you enable reminders or allow push notifications, your device may receive scheduled local reminders and occasional announcements. Push messages are delivered to all players via a broadcast topic; we do not target you individually and do not store a personal notification profile.

3. Third-Party Services

ArrowPilot uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Messaging) to power the optional online leaderboard and notifications. Firebase may process limited technical data (such as an anonymous user ID and basic device/diagnostic information) as part of providing these services. 4. Children's Privacy

ArrowPilot is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal identity information from anyone, the app does not build profiles of users of any age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

5. Data Retention & Your Choices

• Local data (progress, settings) stays on your device. Uninstalling the app or using the in-app Reset Progress option removes it.
• If you set a leaderboard display name, you can change it at any time in the app. To request removal of your leaderboard entry, contact us using the details below.
• You can disable notifications at any time from the app's Settings or your device's system settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we process. Leaderboard writes are restricted so that each anonymous user can only modify their own entry. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
